The incredible hulk. . .

Well, not exactly. Actually, this incredible is way too cute to be the Hulk. I have been photographing this little man since he was just a little guy. This was the fourth time I have had the hilarious pleasure of capturing his spunky personality. His little brother wasn’t so sure about being photographed but we managed to get a few cute ones of him as well. I will share later. Without further adieu . . .

This household is NEVER quiet!

At least, I seriously doubt it! Twin boys and a crazy dog keep this family going, going, going. I just adore photographing kids like these though. They are so busy “living” that they don’t even think about giving me anything but genuine “kid-ness”.

A tiny new life . . .

Little Hattie was just the sweetest thing. She was born just in time as her daddy was on leave from his tour in Iraq. Mama is holding down the fort now, so keep Hattie, her mommy and her daddy in your prayers. I hope these images are keeping her daddy company while he is away.

Just too stinkin’ cute!

This was the third time I have had the pleasure of photographing sweet Hadley. The first time I met her she was just a few days old. I can’t believe how fast time flies and how big she is! And just too cute. She was one of the children who’s image had a strong chance of winning our “Best of 2007″ contest. Check it out: “Busy Baby”. And for her latest session she was no less “busy”!

Waiting . . .

Andrea and Mark are such a sweet couple. They are so in love and ready (but maybe just a little nervous :-) ) for baby to arrive. They don’t know yet what they are having (doncha’ just love surprises?) and I cannot wait to meet and capture their little love.

When your sister is a photographer. . .

. . . you get to have your family photographed for a steal! But. . . the drawback is that your sister might not show you those pictures for MONTHS!! My sister and her family made a brief stop at our house on their way from Minnesota to Hawaii in January. We hung out on the beach one beautiful day and at the end, we squeezed in a really quick photoshoot with her adorable boys. I know she is used to the long waits. In fact, I bet she will be surprised to see these. :-) I just adore her little men. Aren’t they cute!? I am excited to say that I am going to be seeing them on Sunday, as I am headed to Minnesota tomorrow to see (and photograph) my brother’s latest baby, Jenna. Perhaps I will share those images at Christmas. LOL

My kind of mama!

Little Mr. T.J.’s mommy and I had lovely visions of capturing him frolicking through the park in the morning sunlight, tossing his bouncy balls and sitting quietly to read his books. But 20 minutes into the session he found a much better pastime; mud puddles!! And to my delight, mommy thought it was the perfect activity for her busy “all boy” little man. And oh what fun!! So here he is, nice, clean and cooperative and then . . . let the fun begin!

It’s “Miss-Alayneous’ ” seventh birthday today . . .

This nick name was given to Alayna by her older brother, Tyler, several years ago. It is the perfect name for her as it is created from the word “miscellaneous” and her name, “Alayna”. Alayna is one of the most delightfully random people I have ever met. She will just be humming along and say, “Wouldn’t it be funny if all of the houses on this street were pink with a blue door and a cat in the yard?” Then smile up at me like it is a completely normal thing to ask! LOL She cracks us all up with her “Miss Alayneous-ness”. Last Christmas we took her to the San Francisco Ballet’s Nutcracker. She was, obviously, enchanted and starry-eyed. During intermission she leaned over to me and said, “Mom, wouldn’t it be funny (this is her signature opener) if all of the ballerinas got the flu during the break and they asked me to dance for the rest of the show?” I just smiled at her and said, “Yup, that would!” LOL

LOVE THAT GIRL!

Some adorable boys . . .take two.

Okay, along with completely inferiating computer problems, our web server is going nuts. My site and blog were down, my last post lost and when I tried to repost it dissapeared 5 TIMES! So, Lord willing, this post will work and STICK.  These little guys are just too cute. I loved big brother’s energy and enthusiasm; he was a nut! Little brother made my life a lot easier by being adorable, smily and not yet mobile. :-)  Aren’t they adorable?
