Oh, such hard choosing! We read the entries as a family and everyone had a something to say. The girls loved the nominations with contributions by the children. Isaiah loved the artist mom. I did too. We all liked the story of the single mom with four kids. Pretty much loved them all! Alas, only two can win, so . . .

It as pretty unanimous, though, that the story of the music teacher was our favorite. We decided that it deserved to win no matter what, so we made up a new category; the compelling story worth telling. We’re thinking of making it a regular thing; having nominations every month for just such a story that needs to be told. So, it won in it’s own category.
I cannot wait to meet all of you and capture your motherhood for you, and your children, to treasure forever.
