My son’s amazing journey. Milwaukee family videography.

Our 12 year old son set out to build a boat from scratch using money from lawn mowing and raking leaves. With the help of his grandpa, they completed a most beautiful vessel. I am in awe. I cry when I watch this. I bet you will too.

Book yours now, while we’re building our portfolio, because the price is subject to change (and it will). :) Start the process of capturing your amazing family through Anna’s lens.

Here you can see the progression of the build. These are my dad’s iphone photos. Pretty cool to watch it come together.

And then some shots I took while making the film.

Came across this via Glen-L. Well done! (though I felt a little sad for the girl left on the dock). Great build and video!

Excellent Video! and congratulations on a build well done. Looking at the progress pictures and watching the video really made me proud to see what can be accomplished young men and young men at heart.
Not to take anything away from the video, but, now that your son is a boat operator, I strongly suggest taking a boat operator education class through the U.S. Power Squadrons or Coast Guard Auxiliary. The Wisconsin DNR website lists class information for both organizations. I did notice several safety and legal violations during the boat launch and cruise.
Anyone born on or after 1989 is required to complete a boating safety course to legally operate a motorized boat or personal watercraft (PWC) on Wisconsin waters. DNR recreational safety specialists recommend all boat operators complete a safety course.
Good luck, safe boating and again, congratulations on a great build!

This is awesome. Kids who do things like this grow up to become great adults. You are rightfully proud.
