Session Info

Depending on the type of photography experience your are looking for, we have two very different session options – a Custom Session or a Short & Sweet Session.

Starting at $300, our Custom Photography Session experience is for our clients who are looking a longer photo session in their choice of location with a variety of images and settings. You will also have access to artistic expertise in your Design Studio (CA) or in-home (WI) ordering consultation.

• a pre-session phone consultation to finalize location details and answer any last-minute questions.
• a special little something for the younger kids
• a 60-90 minute photo session at the location of your choice
• Up to six people ($25 per add’l person)
• An in-studio (CA) or in-home (WI) design consultation and ordering session with 25-35 images
• Availability of uniquely designed, custom products such as Galleries, Storybooks, Greeting Cards, and Storyboards

For our budget-conscious clients who are looking for a short, basic session and are interested in ordering only basic prints and non-customized products, we offer a Short & Sweet Experience for our CA clients a few times per year.

• $300: Weekday Morning at 8 or 10:30
• $375: Weekday Evening or Weekend
• $425: Capitola Beach Session
• $450: Pool Session (Underwater!)
• $450: San Francisco Session (trvl inc)
• $450: Chicago Session (trvl inc)

Additional travel fees apply for CA sessions beyond 15 miles of our Los Gatos Design Studio and WI sessions beyond the Racine/Delafield/Port Washington Triangle.

Product Pricing

Prints start at $60 for 5×7 and Collections at $1100. Generally speaking, after the session fee, prints, and other products, clients who book a custom session typically budget between $1500-$3500, and $500-$1500 for a Short & Sweet. We don’t have order minimums or requirements, but we do want people to know what they’re getting into—timeless treasures are a significant investment. Detailed pricing info available upon request.

Getting the Photographer to your city

As our clients relocate or share their photos with their family and friends who live around the country, we often get asked if the photographer is willing to travel for a session. We have typically handled this on a case by case basis, but we thought it was about time we put together an actual Travel Session Package.

• Get 2 or 3 friends together and book a minimum of 3 custom photography sessions at $400 each. Sessions fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Travel accommodations are only booked after at least 3 paid sessions, and travel expenses will be split evenly among the clients.
• The sessions will take place over a two-day period (PM/AM/PM), that we will work out with each group. Lead time will vary from 2-12 weeks depending on scheduling factors.
• All ordering will be done about a month after the session via a web meeting, and orders will be shipped 3-4 weeks after each order is placed.
